I have not visited all of Solterra’s vacation homes, but I’ve seen enough to know that all are fully furnished, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Some of the condos are on ground-level; but most are second story. The advantage of ground-level is, of course, you don’t have to climb stairs. But the second story units have the best views, usually of the Santa Catalina Mountains.
All Solterra rentals include plenty of fine linens & towels, and a kitchen with all the cookware and place settings you’ll need. In other words, all you have to bring is your personal items and groceries.

This is typical of the 3-bedroom condos I saw: balcony patio and large windows with great mountain views. Clean & very comfortable. Near shopping, golf, galleries, restaurants, museums, and outdoor activities.
All of the 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condos I saw had a screened-in patio with fine mountain views. Rental includes use of the common areas, including pool & spa, exercise equipment, and clubhouse. Each unit has a washer & dryer. Pet are allowed at some of the properties.
