The Tombstone Epitaph Newspaper Office
The Epitaph is best known for its coverage of the Gunfight at the OK Corral. John Clum, who had been publisher of the Tucson Citizen, now a website, had relocated to Tombstone. Clum, had also been a government employee, and the only one to have had Geronimo in custody at one point.
In the aftermath of the Gunfight, Clum had supported the Earps, probably assisting in their acquittal.
