Second Saturday at Steam Pump Ranch

Second Saturday at Steam Pump Ranch is a great opportunity to view unique handcrafted products and find out about special services offered by our local business owners. But that’s not all, there will be tours of the ranch given by the Oro Valley Historical Society, gardening and archaeological demonstrations offered by Archaeology Southwest, live music, crafts for kids in the heritage garden and our great Heirloom Farmer’s Market.

9 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Farmers Market, Commerce Corral and the Historic, Western and Americana and Antique Fair, and Heritage Garden prehistoric demonstrations with Archaeology Southwest
9 a.m. – noon: Tours provided by the Oro Valley Historical Society
9:30 – 1:00: Crafts for Kids in the Heritage Garden
10:30 a.m. – noon: Live music from Linda Lou & the Drifters

SPECIAL TO FEBRUARY: We will have adobe workshops in addition to our regularly scheduled activities. Adobe Mike will lead and Adobe workshop on the Chicken Coops and Allen Denoyer will lead an Adobe repair on the Pit house in the Garden. Adobe expert Chris Schrager will lend a hand with both projects.
