The ATC offers a wide variety of excellent performances, from Woodie Guthrie’s American Song to Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet; from mysteries, to musicals, to comedies. The Venue The Arizona Theater Company performs in the Temple of Music & Art downtown on Scott Avenue just south of Broadway. This is wonderful venue. Enjoy a meal at one of our fine downtown restaurants, then walk on over to the theater. A perfect afternoon or evening in Tucson. Dining Nearby, I can recommend Janos Wilder’s Downtown Kitchen & Cocktails on South Sixth Avenue. It’s about 3 blocks north of the theater and one of Tucson’s finest restaurants.
