Seven of Tucson’s top pianists join the Tucson Symphony Orchestra for a once-in-a-lifetime performance of music ranging from solo piano to Morton Gould’s intricate and melodious Inventions for 4 Pianos and Orchestra and the show-stopping “Stars and Stripes” for six pianos! Also featured are favorites by Bach, Poulenc, Saint-Saëns and the premiere of “Two Moonlights,” an arrangement by Jeff Haskell of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and the pop standard, “Moonlight in Vermont,” which he will perform with Paula Fan. Hosted by UA All-American Bob Elliott.
